Remove the .vite-ssg-temp folder before and after a build, instead of removing just the randomly generated subfolder.

Remove the .vite-ssg-temp folder before and after a build, instead of removing just the randomly generated subfolder.

Additional context
Quality of Life improvement. This also removes any old folders where the previous build failed or was interrupted.
