Ploting mode shapes from a python file

Hi there,
I have programmed an algorithm that calculates the stiffness and mass matrices, and then calculated the eigenfrequencies using the PyAnsys math module, is there a way I could plot mode shapes using the results from the Python file?
below the code for calculating eigenfrequencies

Or could i use the same method and analysis my problem using PyMAPDL??
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could offer some guidance or advice on how to move forward. Your expertise and experience would be invaluable to me.

In order to plot you would need at least the node list and initial XYZ coordinates. We could then at least plot a 'cloud of points' with the mode shapes. Would really prefer to also have element connectivity as well. Do you have these? If so then we could probably create the mode shape plot in PyMAPDL. Or maybe use PyDPF instead.

So if I created a geometry, I could apply my stiffness and mass matrices to find the solution and then animate the mode shapes??

@ajobbi If you don't have element connectivity then you will need to create a PyVista point cloud. I'm not sure that using PyMAPDL would be beneficial compared to using Numpy and PyVista directly. Can you share a example KRED and MRED ?

KRED and MRED are Numpy arrays of 580x580, I calculated them using Mathcad, stored them in an Excel file, and then imported them into the matrix.py file.
