The method 'create_3dcomponent' automatically tries to export all the Coordinate Systems of the project, this is valid only when the full 3D Model is selected. If only a submodel is selected for the 3DComponent creation, then, all coordinate systems are not allowed for the export, only the used ones of the submodel are possible to export in the 3DComponent
