Current workflow cannot pass as long as ansys/actions#557 is not merged.

The current errors seem to be related with the existence of python in the VM.
Here are the problem I've come across:

  1. Triggering installation of pandoc, uninstalling pandoc, installing pypandoc through the python installed at system level (aka not a local virtual environment) leads to the hook on pandoc checking failure

  2. After adding pandoc as an input.dependencies, it seems that vtk-osmesa time to shine in the same way as pypandoc-binary as it seems to ne being used...

Basically, we should ensure the use of a virtual env to be sure that we don't end up with extra stuff related to the VM system.

Last commit is a test of a fix to deal with the inconsistent behavior with VMs. It should be removed later on.
