As stream8 images are not available at docker.io this also includes switcht quay.io registry.
This change requires removal of few bits of documentation that was
specific to the removed old centos:8.
Main reason for this move was that this pipeline failed to to AppStream repos no longer being accessible, directly affecting
out pipelines.
