Update the platform page and controller archive (#204)
* rework the platform page * drop EOL links from controller archive * add controller version 4.4 entry * nits and update to 4.5 * Removes translated versions and fixed 4.5 to 4.4 in archives * Removed link for 4.5 docs and just have links directly pointing to Release Notes and CLI Guide instead. * Fixed missing headers to fix broken build * Fixed indentation to fix build failure * Deleted 4.5 Docs reference per review feedback * Included mention that the platform docs include the controller docs per @ samccann --------- Co-authored-by: TVo <[email protected]>
