Cannot use modifiers like icontains, startswith, etc on notification templates "type" field

SUMMARY

I think this is a bug (?) but it could also be by design or just a weird quirk. This field is not useful to search on because it can currently only contain a single value notification_template. The reason why I'm creating an issue is because this field is exposed in the new UI as a search option and this bug was found in testing. I think it's a low priority issue.

We treat the type field special https://github.com/ansible/awx/blob/devel/awx/api/filters.py#L29 maybe we can extend it to allow for the filters.
