SUMMARY
This PR changes the docs requirements to use pip-tools to generate the full dependency tree. This allows us to declare only the direct dependencies in the
requirements.infile. All transitive dependencies and pins are compiled into therequirements.txtlock file. This also aligns with doc requirements in the AWX repo.ISSUE TYPE
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As a follow on it would be good to add the pip-compile command to either tox or nox. An additional follow on would be to enable dependabot to automatically bump these dependencies.
