The initial goal was to speed up the update of the controller node during the
deployment. We can also benefit from the large collection of Python
releases that come by default with Fedora 34.

Depends-On: ansible/ansible-zuul-jobs#982

We actual only test with the last pyvmomi release and we only provide
best effort support of the older versions. Overall, it's pretty
easy to upgrade pyvmomi.
