add vmware_vsan_release_catalog module (#1702)
add vmware_vsan_release_catalog module SUMMARY This module allows to manually upload the vSAN release catalog to the vCenter which is useful for airgapped environments or other environments where the vCenter cannot directly connect to the VMware cloud service.
