This is a backport of PR #6308 as merged into main (f93a1bf).

SUMMARY
  • Add system_site_packages module parameter to pipx, which gives an application's virtual environment access to the system-wide system-site-packages. (This just corresponds to pipx's --system-site-packages parameter)
