Since Ansible 4.5.0 will be released next week, how about we release 1.9.0 next Monday so these new features can be used?

I have no issues with that. I plan to eventually add to the private_key_format option of openssh_keypair and improve the documentation and tests for the openssh module_utils, but probably better to let the recent features burn-in before adding anything new.
