SUMMARY

Manual backport of #1001

Adds a GitHub action to automatically publish the collection documentation to GitHub pages Additional things this enables (via docsite/links.yml):

  • "Edit on GitHub" button automatically added to docs pages
  • Communications links to the matrix and IRC rooms
