Change Changelog Title from "community.aws" to "amazon.aws" (#891)

Change Changelog Title from "community.aws" to "amazon.aws" SUMMARY Changelog for amazon.aws collection currently shows the title of community.aws Release Notes. I'm almost certain this is an error.
