Major new features:
- Uses Maven build system for compiling and packaging
- As a result, output JAR files are no longer distributed with the source, but are instead available through GitHub Releases
- Netconsole components are now aware of team IDs, so will no longer use the global broadcast address 255.255.255.255
- Added preliminary support for input devices, including a setup panel for changing the order of devices
- Currently the input devices cannot actually control anything
- Revamped code for tabs for PCDS
- Operation mode radio buttons in PCDS can actually change the operation mode
- Fixed GTK-related crashes on all systems
- Various other bugfixes and minor new features
