  1. fix(datepicker): set cursor on clickable elements 

    * Adds the `pointer` cursor to the calendar toggle and date cells, indicating that they're clickable.
* Sets the `default` cursor on the disable states, instead of the `text` cursor.

Fixes angular#4533.
