Yes, I only copied the file over. I'll add a commit to remove the years.

Note that the license file isn't pointed at anywhere. It was just part of the original website so I published it verbatim. Seems like all microsites have one (also with dates): https://universal.angular.io/license.html
These files were downloaded directly (using curl) from http://cli.angular.io/ and the links between them (css and images) were modified to work on a flat directory structure. The original content was kept on https://github.com/angular/microsites/tree/6c96f1048c2cd50d511d77ab9db44d43e1290453 but the old system was too hard to maintain. Maintaining static HTML and CSS is easier for us.
Also add a link to the releases for reference.
