Wiki still shows ng4 option for ng new command

Desired functionality.

The ng4 option was removed with the angular 4 release. The wiki should reflect that.

I am not sure if the wiki is updated from the docs/documentation but this might have being addressed on this PR #5649

@thatguyyoulove @dave11mj Docs are published on every release, Should be published with next release. Issue have been resolved already https://github.com/angular/angular-cli/blob/master/docs/documentation/new.md

Got it. I noticed that it was fixed in new.md but wasn't sure if the wiki was updated manually periodically, had forgotten to be published, or would be automatically published at some point in the future. Thanks! ᐧ
