WIP: Add Prettier Formatter

What does this PR do ?

• adds Prettier as formatter
• setup pretty-quick with husky pre-commit hook
• format files of src folder

How to test ?

run prettier -c ./* (in src folder) to check the format of all files

Discussion

• Do you like me to adjust the prettier configuration ?
• I only formatted the src folder itself, since the node_modules are on the level of the src folder, okay ?
