Separates the HDR and resolution switches and makes them mutually exclusive, making resolution and HDR changes require two executions of the program.

The reason for this is that there is either 1. a bug 2. something about the Windows API that I don't fully understand where HDR changes would also reset the resolution to a previously used resolution. I decided to separate the two switches so there's less confusion when someone runs an HDR change AND a resolution change and they are surprised by the resolution being reset to something other than what they specified.
