The current comment_pattern only works for those lines where the comment character (#) is at the start of the line. This change extends the pattern to also match those lines with only whitespace ahead of them.
@kepath I want to create a maintained fork of watchman as it appears to have become stale. I liked your PR and would like to merge it here. It's a simple fix and looks like it should work right away. Have you tested it?
