Given usage of friendly iframe, validation service rewrite now includes ampRuntimeUtf16CharOffsets which is the offset within the creative to not include in the friendly iframe. Rework to consume. Note that boilerplate style is present causing visibility hidden never to be removed as part of installFriendlyIframeEmbed. Fix is to forcefully set visibility on body.
