Provide a simple tool for developers to test their AMP documents... 1. in a PWA 2. in multidoc mode in a PWA
I think that's probably a good idea. My original intention was just to provide a means of manually testing many of the PRs listed here #26652, but maybe it could actually be a test tool. |

LGTM. This will be helpful and could definitely be the basis for additional tests later (currently adding tests in #26344)
