Redoing Update Support Link to Google Forum PR

Redo of #6669 targeting the static branch, many apologies, hope this is right,

The AMP specific category of the official google forum has gone, and it's rebranded to search central.

This pr corrects the link and updates the anchor text to make it clearer it's not a Google AMP specific forum

I am a Product Expert in that forum
