Thanks for taking the time to report, @szinn. The same issue is being discussed here:

Can't install versions after 1.18.0 #531

We're on it and will post an update as soon as it's resolved.

Until then, there are two possible workarounds:

sticking with v1.18.0
building the provider and using it from a local path
