- add Ravener form for Dragonblood Shifter 20 if character is Undead. Adds +CHA instead of +CON.
- fix Dragonblood homebrew lvl 4 bite not counting as cold iron and silver
- make Thousand Bites spell apply to all Dragonblood 20 forms instead of just Gold and Black
