Remove deprecated supertypes

This was attempted [once before](#45)
and didn't stick for very long.

Since then we've done a [heap of work](https://trello.com/c/hp5BJD2i/117-unused-incorrect-supertypes-in-content-items)
to remove these from all parts of the system.

I'm pretty sure these are no longer used anywhere, but will deploy carefully
to make sure.
