The kit site is now the main place for people to go for the kit and docs. However we have indexing disabled in the kit as we don't generally want prototypes to appear in google.

Should probably find a way that the kit site can get indexed - eg using a config var or something.

GOVUK.StickAtTopWhenScrolling JS "unsticks" the element which was
previously "stuck" (by removing both the class which sets fixed
