Lambda at edge Middleware Handlers

Description of the proposed changes

• Intention of this PR is to refactoring our common lambda at edge handlers as a module so we can associate them with middleware implementations

Notes to reviewers

• Once done, we might need to use these handlers in our constructs. So we can mange all the handlers here.
• Afterwards, 🤯 we shall see how we can use these handler with a generic construct(s) as a pluggable components.
