It seems that a recent update of sauce connect broke the tests because 8888 is always bound by saucelabs metrics web server. We cannot use something as high as 28888 because safari won't access it: https://wiki.saucelabs.com/display/DOCS/Sauce+Connect+Proxy+FAQS
