Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use a couple of Shellies 2.5 were relay 0 is connected to a light, and relay 1 is not used.
The switch linked to relay 1 is configured in decoupled mode so I can do all kinds of things with it in Node-Red.
I don't want it to show up in homekit however.

Describe the solution you'd like
I know I can exclude an entire device, but I would like to be able to exclude only a single relay of a device.

I think this would be great. I have 5 Shellys and only use one of their relays.

Also allowing each relay to have a unique name defined would drastically improve usability

And this is detailed in #219

I believe this issue is a duplicate of #219.
