📃 Description

This PR upgrades Sail development environment to PHP 8.3. linuxserver/docker-speedtest-tracker#11 was opened to request the version bump in the LSIO image.

alexjustesen/speedtest-tracker image will not be upgraded as it will be removed as of v0.20.0.

  • upgraded to PHP 8.3, performance should improve by ~38% (source).
