Adding bookmark on empty line adds "undefined" detail in Activity Bar #134

When you add a bookmark (not labeled) at column 0 on an empty line adds an invalid bookmark reference in Activity Bar.

Instead of : (Lin XXX, Col 1) it adds :label_icon: : undefined (Lin XXX, Col 1)
