A pull request template was created in
.github/pull_request_template.md, so that all contributors can follow one particular format when submitting pull requests.Related Issue(s)
This PR fixes #27.
User-facing Changes
Contributors will now be greeted with a default template when submitting PRs. They will have to fill out the relevant sections of the template before submitting their PR.
