Tidy up for releases.
- Split drawer and cards/filter into different components - Tabs now conatain context data (in json style format) - Sidebar for each tab, is shown with v-show - Tabs are now in own component
- dataset cards now output context cards - dynamic refs used to access the v-for sidebars function "opensearch". This currently requires a timer hack, looking for a solution - Eventbus moved back to sidebar.vue to be top level
