Why did you use control sample ids in loh for BRCA and GBM data, not use in Meningioma dataset?

Hi,

I am wondering about something your tool. You did not use control sample BAF results in loh structure in GBM and BRCA datasets, but used in Meningioma dataset.

Should we use BAF results of control samples or not?
