fix: raise inner exceptions in with_real tests

Description

Mv all logging logic to special middleware, remove old logging method. Mv CallWrapper logic from asyncio.Event to asyncio.Future to raise inner exceptions with handler.wait_call() method. Fix TestApp behavior.
