move import & export plugin directory into one page, to mirror documentation of import/export for aiida graphs
update and streamline documentation of aiida graphs. * searching for 'verdi export' now finds file format doc * file format doc is linked from verdi commands overview * made documentation less verbose (same content) * add info on how to show verdi export/import options

@sphuber I have not made updates to the documentation of the format details (i.e. in main.rst from "metadata.json" onwards). |

I will update the format example in the documentation before we merge it. Seems like a good opportunity to do so |
