TypeTab 5.0: iOS 12.4 and 13 support

Tested on iPhones running 12.4 and 13.3.

iOS 12.1, 12.2, and 12.3 are untested with this release. Please notify me if you still use them and this release breaks them.

iPad is untested, hopefully works.

TypeTab now supports iOS 8 through 13.

TypeTab 4.0: Now with iOS 12 support

This works for iOS 7 through 12.
