UGRC ServiceNow Business Applications cleanup

Benefit

Remove duplication of UGRC business application entries in ServiceNow for more accurate representation and ease of search. The most accurate, current list of apps can be found by applying the filter Unit contains 6010. As of January 17, 2024, there are 61 results for that filter/query. The business application records that are preceded by "DTS-UGRC-" are duplicates, but we prefer that as a naming convention. For example:

Acceptance Criteria

• Find all duplicate business application records that are not surfaced by the Unit contains 6010 filter
• Confirm that all duplicates have an equivalent, primary record/entry
• Remove duplicates
• Add "DTS-UGRC-" as the prefix to all primary UGRC business application records
• Review primary records to ensure all necessary fields are accurately completed, and determine if there are other fields that should be entered to ensure accuracy or make searching, etc. easier.
