The old app had a tool that displayed the current coordinates:

We've had two requests (see below) for this to be added to the new app.

Deidre Beck:

The engineers in my section asked if there is a possibility of adding a lat/longitude display at the bottom of the map screen for where the cursor is. When they need to find a lat/long of a location, they currently use Google Earth. It seems like this would be a valuable resource, and maybe not too difficult?

Mark Stanger:

What happened to the measure tool and map coordinates tool in the previous version of the DEQ interactive map?

The measure tool is a separate issue.

We have the mouse trap component for adding this functionality.
