This repo contains the scripts and text files distributed in AFNI's MACAQUE_DEMO.
Each main_dir_v* represents a distributed version of the demo after a major update.
main_dir_v3 was the main demo until Oct, 2021
main_dir_v4 is a restructured demo: it uses NMT v2.1 by default, and has a (hopefully nicer) scripts/ directory for executables.
