Angular package finally complete with all metadata

Please download the package via npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/angular-ab-tests.

The module itself works since the beginning, but I have waisted a few patch versions before I could package it correctly.

Versions before 1.0.5 are failed attempts of packaging, they don't work.

Versions from 1.0.5 upwards are all the same and work, with the difference that metadata and declared dependencies are improved more and more until 1.0.8
