[bug] sass funnel being rebuilt on files that are not (.scss|.css|.sass) #214

Reproduction

Change a file not (.scss|.css|.sass) and you will see the following:

This was opened as a fix in #178, I think I have a fix locally will verify and open up a PR when ready.
