Reload function not working in Brackets 1.14.1 #15020

Description:
Auto-reload function quit working after upgrading Brackets from version 14.1 to 14.1.1. This affects the following menu commands:

Debug>Reload With Extensions
Debug>Reload Without Extensions
File>Extension Manager>Installed>Remove>Remove Extensions and Reload

Steps to Reproduce:
Clicking on any menu item or installed extension that formerly performed an action and reloaded Brackets automatically.

Expected behavior:
Selected action is executed, Brackets closes then re-opens automatically.

Actual behavior:
Selected action is not executed and Brackets remains open in unchanged state. Extensions must be manually selected for removal and Brackets must be closed and then re-opened manually.

Versions:
Brackets: Version 14.1.1-17752
Windows 10 (64bit): Version 1909 - OS Build 18363.592

I've noticed this too. The fix is one line of code, I've created a pull request for it. #15017
