Subject of the enhancement

Update plugin description in GitHub to remove reference to Flash. This currently reads:

A basic media component that displays video and audio. This component uses the HTML5 video and audio specification and has a flash fallback for browsers that don't support HTML5.

Also, update the wiki. Much of the information can be copied from the readme.

Dependent on #299 .
