Add some docs and examples on animations (other than comet)

I am starting to work with NeoPixels on the feather scorpio, and I can only find one example on comet.mpy.

I wanted to check out other animations (chase, colorcycle, etc.), but the .myp file format is a binary file type so I cannot read the code, and I see no examples for any animation other than comet.

I am willing to take a stab at it and if I find success, create a pull request for documentation. Let me know what you think.

As a follow-up, I have found the Adafruit_CircuitPython_LED_Animation library, and I'll review the issues there as well as the codebase to see if I can produce some examples.

I would like to, but I teach full-time, and I probably couldn't get to it until June. You can close the issue, and if/when I get to it, I'll do it and make a PR.
