Remove obsolete fly.template.toml

It looks like all reference to `fly.template.toml` was removed in https://github.com/actualbudget/docs/pull/127/files#diff-ba80a6d0a12ccccead81eadaae92be01447e628a44c6f82594d809dd5977499cL156-L162 in favor of using the [`fly.toml` from the docs repo](https://github.com/actualbudget/docs/blob/master/static/fly.toml). Current search in the actualbudget org only shows this file https://github.com/search?q=org%3Aactualbudget%20fly.template.toml&type=code
