Ensures an incompatible version of web-streams-polyfill is not used i.e. v4 and up.
I noticed that the
npmversion used to generate the package lock is really out of date. Furthermore, the packages from@moxydespite having the same version number, depend on different minimum versions ofeslintmaking it difficult to upgrade usingnpm.
