Here's how we release paper pusher (assuming we ever do it again):

docker build -t aclaimant/paper-pusher --platform linux/amd64 .
docker tag aclaimant/paper-pusher:latest aclaimant/paper-pusher:$(date "+%Y%m%d")
docker push aclaimant/paper-pusher -a
